We ship to any address in the Australia for FREE with Australia Post.
When you place an order, we will dispatch your order within 2 business days of it being placed and it may take between 2-9 working days to reach you depending on where you are located.
Returns Policy
If you need to return an item, please email us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return and why you would like to return it. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. You must contact us prior to returning any goods to obtain approval for your return prior to returning any goods.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can chose a refund or a exchange if an item is faulty. Our warranty period is 30 days.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you any refund or exchange. There are certain situations where only refunds are not granted. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, has missing parts for reasons not due to our error or it has been misused.
Refunds
Once you have contacted us we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and have not been misused. You must contact us regarding your exchange and we will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
